A free implementation of SPICE from Linear Technology.

QUCS

Acronym for "Quite Universal Circuit Simulator". An open source simulator that is still early in the development stages, but may be promising.

LT Spice tutorials.

The December, 2008 and January, 2009 editions of Nuts and Volts magazine have some good entry level tutorials on LTSpice.
