Attempt to design an op-amp that is flat from 100 Hz to 30MHz

Open circuit gain is about 75 dB (if I read LTspice correctly. Somebody check me out on this.
At high gain, the amp is only good for audio but with the opamp set for a 10:1 voltage gain, the
amp is good up to about 30 MHz -Diz, 28 Nov 2006
